 Eurovision'da Türkiye'yi ''Süper Star'' adlı parçayla temsil eden Sibel Tüzün, yarışmadan sonra sabaha kadar ağladığını söyledi. Tüzün, yaptığı açıklamada, yarışmada en çok Yunanistan'ın Türkiye'ye 3 puan vermesi ve Kıbrıs Rum Kesimi, İspanya ve Finlandiya'nın Türkiye'ye hiç oy vermemesine üzüldüğünü belirterek, birinci olan Finlandiyalı Lordi grubunun kazanmasını kimsenin beklemediğini kaydetti.
 Lordi'nin yarışmanın galibi olması hakkında, ''hepimiz şok olduk, hayal kırıklığına uğradık'' diyen Tüzün, ''Biz bu yıl güzel kadın ile güzel bir şov ortaya koymak istedik. Demek ki bu yıl erkek ve çirkin yaratıkların yılıymış. Bana göre Lordi, şovunu video oyunlarından esinlenerek hazırladı ve oylarını yine bilgisayarla cep telefonlarına çok hakim olan 13-22 yaş grubundan topladı'' diye konuştu.
Yunanistan ve Türkiye'den Lordi'ye oy çıkmasına çok şaşırdığını ifade eden Tüzün, grubun şovuna iyi hazırlandığını söyledi. Sibel Tüzün, gelecek yıl yapılacak Eurovision şarkı yarışmasının ''sirke döneceğini ve çocuklara yönelik koreografiler hazırlanacağını'' ifade ederek, ''Finlandiya 2007 Eurovision Şarkı Yarışması tehlikeli bir oyuna dönüşecek'' dedi.
Bu arada, Sibel Tüzün, bugün Yunanistan'ın Alfa televizyonuna yaklaşık 10 dakika konuk oldu ve Yunanca bir şarkı seslendirdi.
